300 words and bugger all about the game itself. Sheesh!
Sorry. But it is a good story. So to the game... it's hover-boarding, it's frantic, it's stunt-errific and it looks gorgeous. Choose from nine unique surfers and four boards and prepare to 'shred' your way through 'Tropical Manhattan', 'Future London' and 'Ariel Tokyo'.

More on the stunts please. Just how gnarly are they?
Imagine the trunk of a really old oak tree.

Woof!
Exactly. There will be over 40 individual stunts for you to master, as well as the various combos and links. The best thing about the stunts is that they actually help you in the race - pull off something really righteous and you'll be rewarded with a temporary speed boost... or something.

Whaddyamean 'or something'?
It's a guess. Acclaim have stated that you'll need to do some cunning stuntery in order to win races. A speed boost incentive would seem logical - remember the wonderful Uniracer on the SNES?

No. What about multiplayer action?
TrickStyle will feature multiplayer support for up to 16 players via split-screen and the Internet. The PC version will also have LAN (Local Area Network) capabilities. As well as the straight head-to-head racing, there will be a few extra modes such as Stunt Challenge, Bomb Tag and Fox & Hounds.

Brilliant! It sounds freaking incredible.
From what we have seen so far, Acclaim are onto a surefire winner - they would have to work very hard to make it rubbish. We can't wait to get our grubby mitts on a review copy. It's righteous, it's phat and your dad won't be any good at it.

*Looks so good it hurts
*Fluid character animation reacts to even subtle movements
*Crazy interactive environments with planes, trains, automobiles and much more
*Intelligent computer opponents offer a realistic challenge
*It's a bit like WipeOut meets Cool Boarders
