Team Alligator page 2 of 2

Oh I see. And what does it fly like?
A dream. These babies can be tough in real life, but developers Simis - as they did for Team Apache - have got a great blend of real-life flight modelling, without making it necessary to have three years of training before you can get off the ground.

Is it all just 'me against the world' in the missions?
Not at all. The missions are varied, and though you'll be on your own for a lot of them, there will be occasions when you're leading a group of helicopters - up to 16 of them sometimes. There are also missions in which you've got to dictate the actions of some ground troops as well. This is no 'go here, do this, come home' type of game.

Multiplayer, of course?
Naturally. Up to eight players will be able to slug it out head to head.

Medal! Medal! Medal!
There are medals and promotions to be won in both theatres, and campaign ribbons to be grabbed at the end of each campaign.

Should be fun then.
Oh yeah. If you like your combat flight slims on the slightly more serious side, and especially if you've got a liking for helicopters (hey! Haven't we all?) ,Team Alligator's not going to disappoint. Simis's pedigree with Team Apache speaks for itself.

I still think Alligator's a funny name.
We think it's rather snappy. Sorry.

  • Two long campaigns to work through
  • State-of-the-art helicopter gunship technology
  • Your performance in a mission affects subsequent missions
  • Adrenaline-addicts are catered for with an arcade option
  • We hope they really have got enough variety in the missions
