The last time we updated you was in issue 45. It seems so long ago, and the reason why is because we've done so much work. When we first designed this project six months ago we had no idea what would become of us, but I can safely say that the Future Gamer Clan has been a big success. We're bigger than ever before because have more members, more content, more support and more money than ever before, or maybe I shouldn't tell you that. Honestly, this money is all going straight back into the site (arches back on his new leather chair...).
So what's happened since we left ECTS? Well, we've redesigned the site slightly and are doing much more news, which is now virtually on a daily basis, via the help of Andy Mitchell (you may remember him, he designed a program called Future Front End for this very magazine) and his wonderful Swnu program. There's now a FAQ section (Frequently Asked Questions) and hardware reviews to help you find the ultimate set-up for multiplayer games. We even interviewed a certain editor from a certain online magazine.
FGC is becoming more than just a clan, you see. We want people to be able to go to the site and not just look at leagues and get patches for games. We want people to be able to visit the site, find out news, read features and interviews, play games and generally have fun. FGC is for readers by readers, and we want you to not only read it, but also help us too. Recently, FGC_Dodocream (some of these names are beyond me) has joined the team to help us with the updates, and we want you to do the same. Give us letters, news, gaming guides, screenshots... anything in good taste and legal, we want it.
