| Issue 28 arrives on Thursday May 20 |
Lawks amighty! Next week will be the 28th issue of Future Gamer. That's two-and-half years worth of print magazines fitted into just six months of essentially weekly videogaming fun. Quite phenomenal.
Next week, Future Gamer is going quite literally batty. The Cricket World Cup is nigh and Electronic Arts are not ones to miss a trick when it comes to a sporting tie-in. World Cup Cricket for the PC is reviewed but will it - cough - bowl a maiden over?
Those of an across-the-pond-type bent may prefer that glorified rounders game they call baseball. The PlayStation’s Triple Play Baseball 2000 is also reviewed. Who coded it? EA. Of course. Duke Nukem finally debuts on the N64 and there’s a preview of PaRappa sequel Um Jammer Lammy. Feature? Future Gamer delves into the shadowy world of videogame music. Be very frightened…
Check your in-box Thursday May 20.
