Rollcage Stage 2 page 2 of 2
PlayStation

So what else is new?
Well, there are 20 new tracks waiting to be accessed in six new environments, with 16 different game modes, including a stunt mode, a 'Rubble Soccer' game, Scramble mode with 25 progressively tricky courses, Time Attacks, straight Arcade and - oh, I say - you'll have to excuse me a moment, dear, I've come over all funny all of a sudden!

That's all right, dear. You take your time... Take your time. No - strike that. Tell me about the weapons.
Save us! There are apparently 12 new weapons, from Ben Hur chariot-style spikes, designed to shiver your opponent's timbers, to strange energy fields which, if you've got them switched on, make it difficult to see where you're going, frankly.

You're driving me up the wall with excitement! So what does it all look like?
Much the same as before, really. A little dark, perhaps. Certainly atmospheric.

You can still burst through walls, I take it?
Oh yes, and you still get the stunning explosions to accompany such glorious shortcuts. In fact, for those who have never played the game before, it's the fast and furious destruction that makes it so good. It's a case of get your foot to the floor, get a load of power-ups, get a load of weapons and then... everyone better get the hell out of your way!

Do say...
Ouch! That flaming missile went right up my tail pipe!

Don't say...
It's just like the first Rollcage!
