| Future Gamer: Issue 68 |
£0.00 |
All the big news this week is coming from Microsoft's Gamestock event in Seattle, and you can read it all in this issue. Elsewhere, genre-creator Julian Gollop, the man behind Laser Squad and the even more popular X Com, has finally revealed what he's been up to for the last couple of years with the first details about Freedom Ridge, a turn-based strategy game for PC and PlayStation2. Pamela Anderson's soon to have a digital incarnation of herself as Ubi Soft pick up the gaming rights to her VIP TV show, in which she plays a bodyguard to all the Hollywood stars. Could she give Lara a run for her money? One - no, make that two - things are for sure... You'll also find details of Bullfrog's commitment to Dreamcast in our News section this week, with details on the forthcoming Theme Park World and Theme Hospital. Get stuck in.
We've got a lovely competition to win one of 10 PC Action Replays this week, which ties in nicely with the concluding part of our investigation into the dastardly deeds people get up to when they cheat. Click your way to the Features section now and enter.
Enjoy the whole magazine.

Review: RISK II (PC)
Taking such a well established board game like RISK and fundamentally changing the gameplay with things such as same-time attacks is, pardon the pun, risky to say the least. But, you know, it might just work... |

Feature: Cheat! Cheat! Cheat! (Part Two)
Michael Foster finishes off his look into the murky world of cheating and focuses on cheating online in multiplayer games. Some people will stoop very low to win, and still they manage to sleep soundly at night. We couldn't, though. Oh no. |
