Racing Simulation - Monaco Grand Prix
Dreamcast Release: September 24 From: Ubi Soft

Ubi Soft have been going Dreamcast bonkers of late, with three racing titles in the works. First up is Racing Simulation - Monaco Grand Prix. It's a racing simulation.

Do you get to tear up the streets of Monaco?
Yes. Actually, you get to race on all 16 circuits of the Formula One championship. Why they've called it Racing Simulation - Monaco Grand Prix is quite beyond us. They should have called it 'Racing Simulation - British Grand Prix'.

Or Racing Simulation - Canadian Grand Prix.
No. Anyway, it's probably something to do with not having an official licence, plus the fact that Ubi Soft are French.

How gorgeous is it though?
Oh, very gorgeous indeed. Ubi Soft use what they call 'vertex colours' to give the tracks subtle textures. It looks very polished, with plenty of fancy smoke and lighting effects, as the lovely screenshots attest.
