The life and times of the Game Boy

The Accessories
The Game Boy has every conceivable add-on you can imagine. Aside from the bog-standard carrying cases, AC adaptors, battery packs, link-up cables, magnifying screens, speakers, back lights, cheat cartridges, camera, and printer, it also has some truly mind-spankingly ingenious ones...
For instance, there's the WorkBoy (a keyboard and office software suite), the King James Bible, InfoGenius productivity packs (spellchecker, personal organiser, US travel guide, language translator), Bandai's fully functional fish finder, and even a bar code reader for those quick sessions in Sainsburys.
Far from bombarding the public with useless, novelty tat, these trinkets actually pump life into the system and further encourage more inventive peripherals. For example, Hudson Soft's Game Boy Kiss Link enables players to download specially written games from the Internet, Datel has already developed an emulator to play Game Boy titles on the N64, and rumble paks are but a few short months away.
