A clan has risen from the scrambling hordes running amok around the Future Gamer Chat Forum. We thought it was high time they introduced themselves to the rest of us in the real world...

Hello people. The Future Gamer clan [FGC] was set up a couple of weeks ago, mainly because I bought Half-Life and started going on about it in the Chat Forum. Kaneda (who you should have heard of by now) already played HL so after a couple of games we decided to start up the FGC officially. So far we have about six members which isn't bad, considering we haven't advertised at all.

For those of you who want to know more, here's how to join. If you have a modem and a multiplayer game then congratulations: you should have no problems. All you have to do is to add [FGC] to your name like so [FGC]_whatever my name is, and there you go! You are a [FGC] member.

Fortunately there is more to offer you than just the name. We have permission (from those lovely people at Future Gamer) to use their logo (the one in the top, left-hand corner of the web page) as spray paint, it looks pretty cool too, and this is available form Kaneda.

Also, during the up-and-coming weeks (and months) we should either have an official [FGC] thing tagged onto Future Gamer or a [FGC] website (this is all unconfirmed at the mo, but Kaneda and I are willing to give it a shot).

Good news also is that we have been offered a match soon and we'll be trying to enter a league to test our skills against other teams (and get our arses truly whipped).

The [FGC] is open to any multiplayer game but at the moment we are all playing Half-Life. I recommend you download Gamespy so you can find fellow [FGC] members and also an ICQ so we can talk directly to each other instead of using the Chat Forum.
