| What people in the industry really play... |
|
Chris White
|
Chris works for Gremlin Interactive in Sheffield and his last project was as an artist on the recently released Actua Ice Hockey 2. But what does he play at home?
What games are tickling your fancy at the moment?
I keep on playing Age of Empires for some reason. Probably 'cos I keep winning, which is always a bonus. But then again I'm also on my fourth play through of Zelda.
What was the first computer game you ever played?
Pong on the ZX81. Any good? That's a matter of opinion.
Any particular favourites from yesteryear?
Super Mario Kart... the greatest racing game ever, multiplayer joy and pads that could take being thrown clear across the room in frustration, when the princess nipped past you just before the finish line for the umpteenth time in a row.
What has been the biggest videogaming let-down for you last year?
Don't know. I'm easily pleased... everything has its good points.
Any titles you're really looking forward to in the near future?
Perfect Dark, although I don't know when that's being released.
When all's said and done, what's your favourite game ever?
ZELDA, ZELDA, ZELDA... 'cos you can ride a horse... I just think that was so cool...
