Did you know that at any given time, in any place, you are never more than 10 feet away from a rat? True story. But what about when you're on a plane?

Fair enough, you win. So what's with all this rat talk?
Just trying to stir up a bit of anti-rodent feeling. You see, in Mindscape's Rat Attack you won't be able to show the little blighters any mercy - you simply have to go around exterminating the filthy scoundrels by any means necessary.

I like to use a variety of poison sprays and traps.
Well you're not that kind of rat catcher in this game. Oh no, in Rat Attack you are cast as a cat. Actually, you get to choose from eight different cats initially, with others revealed as you progress. Each cat has its own special moves and its own story, which gives the plot a slight tilt and leads to a different end sequence.

Tell me more about my choice of feisty felines...
Okay... there's 'Bob Cat' Robinson, Manx, Hai Jinx, Sparky, Smokey, Muffy Dupont, Pearl and Atomicat. They are all different and have their own 'interesting' characteristics - Hai Jinx is a kung-fu master, Sparky used to belong to a witch, and so on.

Hey! Not 'and so on'. I want to know about all of them.
Aw... 'Bob Cat' Robinson likes boxing, Manx is a sharp-clawed alley cat, Smokey is dead clever and has loads of gadgets, Muffy Dupont is your typical "twit-twoo" foxy feline and Pearl goes around on waterskates.
