A Site For Sore Eyes
Cheese Wars

Cheese Wars, the world's leading dairy-based Internet cartoon, is now on its seventh episode. If you've never been to this site, there's a full history of the story so far, but, briefly, here's how it all started...

"John, an ordinary block of cheddar cheese, was convicted of a crime he didn't know he was committing. While in the pen, he is mistaken for Scooter McQueen, leader of the Outlaw Dairy Revolution, by two of the Revolution's most loyal soldiers, Monterey Jack and Scottish Mel.

Mel and Jack, along with mutinous Royal Dairy Army members Wesley, Ike and Homer, stage a prison break to free John, who they believe is named Scooter. Why they believe this is a mystery, although it might have something to do with John's stylish hat."

That sets the scene for this epic tale of lactose revolution. Fully animated stories with full speech, fantastic music and a great cast of characters, taking sly digs at popular TV programmes and movies, are combined with a wicked sense of humour. The latest episode features Bunny the Brie Slayer ("This teenager is more than just another pretty face - she's a pretty face that routinely saves the world from unholy Armageddon. Bunny is the Brie Slayer, one girl in all the world chosen to defend cheesekind from the evil brie, nocturnal cheese that must suck the dairy congealants out of normal cheese in order to survive"). Watch out for the Matrix-style effects during the final battle...

Everyone who has a penchant for dairy product-based shenanigans (and let's face it, who hasn't?) should check this site out. You can even get news of the latest updates emailed directly to you if you send an email to list@cheesewars.com. Get along to the the Cheese Wars site now and see it for yourself - it's (e)damn good...
