Dear Future Gamer
Sorry to bring up this subject again, but I just wanted to emphasise my point - why do people say the N64 is dead? This reminds me of the critics who are always saying, "Apple are dead," taking no notice of the massive amount of iMacs they're selling, with something like five straight profit quarters.
When will people understand that quantity is not quality? Nintendo 64 has many more quality titles than PlayStation and Dreamcast will ever have (this may be a small exaggeration), and people still berate it because of the smaller quantity of games. In my mind, N64 is the best console, but it's marred by the ignorance of hypnotised consumers.

The thing is, David, we're not hypnotised - we can all see the shelf space in shops that used to be dedicated to N64 games, now given over to Dreamcast or more PC and PlayStation games. The simple fact is that there just aren't enough games coming out for the machine, and the blockbusters that do arrive simply don't sell in enough numbers to make up for the lean spells.
