RE: Bored of the Ring (FG62). If I remember correctly, the B-side of the tape had something called The Oracle (?), which was about 200 pages of text, jokes, credits and malarkey, presented in a mock Ceefax/Oracle style. Bonus!

RE: Mortal Kombat Gold Mini Review (FG62). "...we can only really recommend this to die-hard MK fans, or spotty 14-year-olds who wear black and listen to Bad Religion and Nine Inch Nails."

I am 27 and have no spots. Nine Inch Nails are very, very good. Best live gig in '99 as well, although I'm sure you'll argue that Robbie Williams was better on the telly. Bah.

FG: Things were so much more fun in the old days, weren't they (he said, ducking behind the sofa in anticipation of the deluge of 'oh no it wasn't' mail)? As for Nine Inch Nails, I prefer their earlier, funnier, Six Inch incarnation.
