Future Gamer Recommends
|
| Rollcage (PlayStation) |
Be warned. This is no game to play with a hangover. The technicolour high-speed blur demands a clear head. Future Gamer have been enamoured with this latest PlayStation racer that really is Wipeout on wheels. Race against a bunch of computer-controlled drivers (or a mate in head-to-head, split-screen action) on the walls, floors and ceilings of the game's many tracks.
This is high-speed, adrenaline-pumping action at its best. Collect the power-ups, destroy the roadside obstacles and generally mess around with your finger firmly on the accelerate button. The game's more forgiving than Wipeout, less of a simulation than TOCA and as much fun as both of those great games. FG heartily recommends the return of the arcade racer with Rollcage.
