Dear Future Gamer,

I'd like to take this opportunity to say what a great source of info your 'ezine' is. Being what is commonly referred to as a hardcore gamer I buy all the relevant monthly magazines(EDGE, Arcade and Total Control) but to have a really good interesting read delivered to my mailbox, free of charge, is absolutely superb.

I have some questions and hope you may be able to go some way to answering them or perhaps put me in touch with someone who can help. A friend and myself are currently planning on opening a videogames shop. We aim to specialise in import software and have found a great wealth of suppliers and distributors for both hardware and software on the Net.

We have currently been selling Japanese hardware (Dreamcasts, VCD players, memory cards etc) for around six months, through mail order and over the Net, and have developed some good relationships with various companies.

We are, however, at a loss when trying to find suppliers of UK games. Having spent many hours searching the Net and the like we have yet to find any help. Are there trade papers for videogaming?

If you can help point us in the right direction we would be very appreciative.

Jay Carter , Game Alliance Video Games
