Lego Racers
PC Release: Late '99 From: Lego Media

There's a lot of variation too, with plenty of relevant obstacles - during one of the Space tracks you're pestered by a beautifully animated UFO. It would be plain crazy to have that occur on one of the Pirate tracks, wouldn't it?
