In FG51, Sully was asking about stuff for FIFA 99. Well, I'm sorry, but there aren't any cheats for it (something rectified in FIFA 2000). However, you can change the rosters - not just for the national teams, but also for the club teams. Go to www.fifa99.net, which is an unofficial site but much better than EA's site. They also have news about FIFA 2000 and release dates (I think Canada is November 4). You can check it out there. Hope that helps.
