| Tiny PC, Big Problem |
Dear Future Gamer
In response to the letter "Double Trouble" in FG53, I must agree with Mr Bailey. I think Tiny PCs are crap. I've had my Power Plus 350 system since November 98 and I've had nothing but trouble with it. The hard disk has had to be replaced three times and the DVD ROM has had to be replaced three times. The FAT 32 partition has disappeared three times. It has also been in for a thorough shakedown twice and they still didn't replace it, which they were supposed to under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act. They never answered my letters and they ignored phone calls. This Mr Bailey isn't a cynical man, he's spot on. Now the warranty has run out I'm stuck with this lemon of a PC.

Sounds to me like you've had a whole load of grief, Peter. Anyone from Tiny like to tell us why this guy's had so much trouble and has anyone else had a similar experience?
