Dear Future Gamer
It seems that some readers are upset by the IGN issue. I use IGN all the time for PC, N64, Dreamcast and PSX (what does PSX stand for?) news, reviews, previews and so forth. I dislike the IGN news appearing in Future Gamer because I get this news anyway.
I subscribed to Future Gamer because I wanted in-depth articles, exclusives and exposés that only a periodical can provide and because I already subscribe to PC Gamer, which is an excellent publication. I'm sorely disappointed in the magazine because you don't provide your own news - perhaps you're unable to?
One more thing. Why is your Hacker so called? It has nothing to do with hacking, crackz or warez - it's just a section devoted to what's in MCV and CTW!

A couple of points, Ronan. Some readers don't like the IGN news feed but most think it's great and offers a more complete news service. We do provide our own news - the IGN stuff merely complements what we do already.
PSX is an acronym for PlayStation (but surely you'd have figured that out if you go to the PSX section of a site and read a review of Driver or V Rally 2 or something?).
Hacker is an old term for a journeyman journalist and we use it because this part of the magazine is devoted to the more interesting articles that appear in the two main computer trade papers. We think it fits rather well.
