Dear Future Gamer,
Whilst I was supposed to be working I stumbled across a number of old magazines, which purely out of boredom I started flicking through. One dated October 1992 had a small article on videogames, talking about the Nintendo Hotline. The article said, "By Boxing Day almost every house in the UK with children will have a Nintendo in it, whilst in America more children have Nintendo than baseball bats". My point is that although the N64 may be on its last legs, Nintendo surely aren't.
Having held the videogames market in the palm of their hands, and with Pokémon and Game Boy sales still soaring, Nintendo will bounce back once again to dazzle the world with the first footage from Mario Dolphin (or whatever the launch title may be). The question that really needs to be addressed, is can they learn from their mistakes?

FG:
Wise words Pete, reports of Nintendo's death have been greatly exaggerated of late, but they do indeed need to learn from their mistakes if they're anything like the gaming force they've been in the past.
