You've shared the fear with Jill and her friends as you led them through their adventures against Umbrella. This time round you're in an adventure of your own, as seen through the eyes of Vincent.
Kelvin Gan

We've all enjoyed the dark pleasures of blitzing zombies with bullets through the hands of Jill and co, but in the backs of our minds we've wanted the chance to blast them with our own hands. Play RE Survivor through Vincent's eyes and use his gun via a Guncon and you've got your wish. Adding this brilliant twist to the gameplay of the Resident Evil series has brought the experience to a new plateau.

Some unknown character hurls Vincent from a helicopter that then crashes, hindering your escape from this mysterious place, as this ain't Raccoon City no more, Toto. Waking up, you find yourself in the kind of nightmare that makes killer hangovers pale in comparison. You've lost all your memory, even forgetting your own name. Wandering on, you find clues (as well as your first zombies) to what's been going on and who you might be.

Veteran horror survivors will slip into proceedings with ease, getting straight to grips with the exploring, soaking the atmos and blasting zombies. The usual inventory screen style has been kept, where you combine ammo with your newly discovered weapons. A great feature inspired by RE3 is that once you've finished the game, you get to keep all the weapons you've picked up so far for your next game. Don't worry about it being a mundane task as there are multiple routes to take at certain points of the game, so it's like going on a different adventure.
