Mario Party (N64) |
This weekend there’s only one thing you’ll want to be doing with three of your closest mates – playing Mario Party on the N64. This eclectic mix of mini sub-games is one of the most addictive offerings to hit Nintendo’s machine for a good long while. It’s flippant, it’s foolish and above all it’s maddeningly addictive fun.
All your fave characters are there, from Mario to the bad egg that is Bowser, so pick your number of turns and go collecting those stars – you certainly won’t regret it. We would say though, if you’re a solo player with little or no chance of getting together for some multiplayer fun then don’t bother, this game is designed with a sitting-room full of people in mind.
Cracking stuff and testament to the fact that the N64 may not have the volume of releases other systems enjoy, but it certainly gets some of the best. Go get it.
