Realtime strategy from the makers of Rainbow Six
After the phenomenal success of Rainbow Six, Red Storm Entertainment are almost ready to take a stab at the realtime strategy genre.
Force 21 is a 3D tactical wargame set in the near future, featuring a (hopefully) fictitious gripe between China and the United States. As the Chinese, your aim will be to capture the oilfields of Kazakhstan and eradicate the US presence in Asia. Take command of the US and your ultimate goal will be to storm Beijing.
Red Storm have enlisted the help of General Frederick M. Franks Jr., a former US Army Corps Commander, to ensure that Force 21 is as realistic as possible. All of the vehicles in the game will be based on real-life counterparts, or projects that are currently in development.
It is hoped that Force 21 will be released in June on the PC.
