Dear Future Gamer
You guys are really trippin'. Giving Unreal Tournament 98% is stupid. No game could be that good, ever. Having played UT, I think Half-Life is much better, for single player and multiplayer. None of the different types of deathmatch are anything special when compared to TFC. I agree that the online experience is smoother, but not by much (on a 33.6 modem). If you guys expect anyone to take any of your reviews seriously, be more realistic and don't just give the FPS games the high scores. There are other games out there too.
"You get your money's worth," really applies to you guys.

FG:
I'll hand this one over to Ben Morris, who reviewed Unreal Tournament for us.
"I was a big fan of Half-Life and TFC when it came out and played it on the LAN and online for many months. Sadly though, time moves on and Unreal Tournament offers a new and better experience for the multiplayer gamer. The 98% score doesn't mean that no other game will ever be better - it simply means that at this moment in time, UT is the best FPS available. TFC was very good, but sooner or later something is going to eclipse it. Surely this can only be good news for FPS fans?"
Cheers Ben. As for your last point, Deeps, I think you'll find there are thousands of readers who disagree.
