I wrote the email about Future Gamer arriving late (FG41), and from your reply,you implied that they were sent in alphabetical order. Does this mean that if I change my name on the subscription to David Alker, taking off the 'W', it will arrive earlier? I may consider trying this. It is getting better anyway though, arriving at 01:46 this morning (Friday 20th).

FG: Actually yes. But now I've told everyone that, they can all re-subscribe with surnames beginning with 'A' and so er... we're back to square one.
