Possibly the most surprising thing about this dreadful, dreadful PlayStation driving game was that it came from Konami
|
The game looked awful but that was only the start. The player was offered a whole four cars to choose from when driving on one of the three - count 'em - three tracks he was racing around. That in itself doesn't make the game the star of this week's WVGTTA, it's the gameplay that does. The cars were like bricks to drive and moved no faster than geriatric tortoises. The game had no redeeming features. Not one. Even the sound was dreadful, as you had to put up with a girl sat next to you shrieking all the time. Anyone with the misfortune to own this game deserves a medal if they actually played it for more than 10 minutes - after all it's obvious that the developers didn't.
