Dear Future Gamer

Last night (Sunday September 5) I had the shock of my life. Quietly watching the ITN Weekend News at 11 pm, a 10 second story which I will never forget appeared. ITN covered the unveiling of the Dreamcast! I do hope this doesn't lead to mass-acceptance by Britain that gaming is a huge business as it will seriously dent my geeky image! What's next? The BBC reporting on Eidos taking over every company they can get their hands on? This must be stopped. I expect my news to be totally anti-gaming.

FG: Sega's PR department must have been working overtime to get national news coverage for one of their parties. They didn't even launch the thing at the party - it doesn't come out until October 14! Sunday must have been a slow news day, I guess. Maybe we should start a 'Gamers Are Still Wearing Anoraks' campaign...
