| Dreaming the day away |
As soon as we got our filthy hands on Steve Bradley's Dreamcast, ("Is that MY Dreamcast?" "Um, no...") it captured our hearts. And our lunch breaks. Andy A and work experience elf Chris Lewis have been playing UEFA Striker far, far too much. In popped James Price to take screenshots of Sonic, but the pair refused to budge, apparently unaware this was the fifth rematch. But UEFA striker was not all that was played. Oh no. The office fell silent as many, many passers-by stood gawping at Sonic Adventure, as the blue haired one sped down the side of a skyscraper. Pure goodness.
It seemed apparent that we needed to try out the Dreamcast's Internet capability, but after much lead swapping and fiddling, the modem still refused to ring. Even swearing and physical violence didn't help.
Mark and Andy S managed to steer clear of the lethal concoction of football and Sonic. Mark remains enthralled with Turf Masters. When he invited Andy S to play, an ear-piercing cry was let out: "No! I will never ever play anything but Puzzle Bobble! It is the God of games!" Fortunately, he soon calmed down after pulling off a birdie...
