Codemasters Large it up in Hollywood

Big ad campaign will accompany the launch of PlayStation's banging new music generator

Codemasters are filming a funky advert for their forthcoming music generator for the PlayStation.
Currently being filmed in LA, it will run on Channel 4 and satellite channels from launch. Although the ad is firmly under wraps at the moment, it's sure to be phat - the music generator itself enables players to manipulate more than 4,000 pre-recorded riffs and instrument sound effects, compose songs and create 3D videos.

In the UK and Europe the game will be released as Music Creation 2000 - it will not be called MTV Music Generator as we reported last week. The MTV name is licensed for the US only. It should still be wicked, though...
