Maxis' new Sim City 3000 building tool is on its way

Maxis announced today that it has plans to release a new Building Architect Tool, also known as the BAT, for Sim City 3000.

With the BAT, gamers will be able to construct and decorate new buildings such as skyscrapers, factories, various shops and houses, and add them to existing Sim City 3000 games.

The Sim City 3000 Building Architect Tool will be released on June 16 and will be made available at the Sim City website. (www.simcity.com)

Also, be sure to check out Maxis' "Count the BAT Building Contest." The contest begins this Friday, June 11. So if you like building buildings, here's your chance to show off your talents.
