Dear Readers,

I'm writing to say sorry for my son's inability to deliver his oftentimes humorous Game Kid this week. He had a 'religious experience' on Plymouth Hoe during the recent eclipse. Apparently he was able to 'feel the weight of the moon' as it passed over him. I can assure you this had nothing to do with the 12 pints of Speckled Hen he consumed the night before. He has stopped crying, thankfully, and the shakes are down to mere tremblings. That wild, staring into the distance look should have gone by next week, when normal service should be resumed. I'll tell him to make it funny as well, like some of his earlier ones.
