This Week: Blackadder goes gaming.
Starring:
Rowan Atkinson as Blackadder
Stephen Fry as the Chairman of the Board
Tony Robinson as Baldric
And that bloke nobody remembers the name of as Percy
Scene One: The chairman's office...
"Ah! Blackadder, come in. How's this great game of yours coming on?"
"Well, actually... How shall I put this - I haven't even thought of an idea for one yet."
"Excellent news! I knew I could rely on you, which is why I've invited the board round for a preview of it this afternoon."
"Ah..."
"We have every faith in you - although if you do foul up, of course, we'll have you flogged and dragged through the streets of London with a carrot shoved up your arse."
"Right... Well, I'm glad we cleared that up. And now I must be off - I have an urgent appointment in Rio."
"Oh, just one other thing, Blackadder: I've told security not to let you leave the building before this afternoon's screening."
"Ah. Do they do baby carrots in the canteen?"
Scene two: Blackadder's office...
"Percy, turn that infernal country music off - I don't want to spend my last day on earth in the company of Tammy bloody Wynette."
"The meeting didn't go well then, sir."
"No Baldric. In fact, if we can't come up with a game before two o'clock, I'm carrot soup - which leaves me just enough time to kill you, Baldric, before I kill myself."
"Sniff! Oh Edmund... But we've been through such a lot together. You can't leave us like this!"
"You know, Percy, for once you're right. But I can leave you like this."
Blackadder punches Percy.
