Jake! Elwood!

The good ol' Blues Brothers - er, Boys - Band coming to N64

Titus have announced that they're releasing a new N64 game this spring, based on the sequel to the hugely popular film The Blues Brothers, The Blues Brothers 2000.

Mixing adventure, platform, musical puzzle and track-based obstacle course genres, the player is charged with assuming the role of Elwood Blues, recently released from prison, in his quest to find the other members of the band. This will involve collecting as much cash as possible while thwarting traps, scouring the Chicago streets and generally having a rough time of it.

The game's a traditional side-viewed platformer for the most part, with the action taking place in several different locations "in which you will advance on the rhythm of the Blues Brothers' captivating and delirious music". Or so it says here. Whatever that means.
