Take 2 to let 'em loose
Silicon Dreams' latest has been snapped up for global release in the summer on PC, with a Dreamcast version to follow by the end of the year. Dogs of War is what Take 2 describe as a "fully 3D action tactics game", which to you and me means it's an arcade blaster with a bit of tactics thrown in. A solo player will have 25 levels to battle through, with some 35 different unit types to jump in and out of.
The action all takes place on a planet where three different factions are vying for control. As well as good tactical planning, the player will also be expected to make clever use of limited resources. It doesn't sound like the most original of games but we'll bring you pictures and more news as and when we get them, and hopefully it'll end up being something you'll want to sink your teeth into (geddit? Oh never mind).
