Dear Future Gamer
Firstly, I just want to say what a great free gift I receive every week! Keep up the good work. Now I have a question about PlayStation2. When Sega first released details to the European press about Dreamcast, one of the most important pieces of information that fascinated me was their decision to include a 60Hz option in their PAL software. Now the question is, do Sony intend to allow European gamers the option of playing 60Hz PAL games on the new system when it's released here in this country in just six months?
I really hope that they encourage developers to include these options in their software. After nearly 10 years of playing great games in the sub-standard 50Hz refresh rate, I'm beginning to get a little peeved off. After all, why pay upwards of £30 to have a sub-standard gameplaying experience?
Sorry for going on a bit there, but I feel that this had to be expressed. After all, PAL Dreamcast owners are able to enjoy arcade perfect software in the home. Will Sony offer PAL PSX2 owners the same option?

FG:
We don't know for sure because Sony haven't released any technical details for the PAL PlayStation2 yet, but we're certainly hoping so.
