So we called Infogrames with tears in our eyes, only to be informed that there's no problem with the disc. We checked that the disc wasn't in upside down or anything daft. Nope, everything was fine. Then the killer blow: "You are using a blue PlayStation, aren't you?" said the nice man on the other end of the phone. "AAAAAARGH!" Football denied! Oh well, guess we'd better play some more Homeworld on the PC then...
