The World Is Not Enough

PlayStation2 version in development

Electronic Arts have confirmed that their next Bond title is coming to PlayStation2. As with the previously announced PC version, the first-person shooter will utilise the versatile Quake 3 engine.

As you'd expect, there will be a range of Q gadgets and an arsenal of more than 20 weapons to help you through the 10 missions, from the streets of Istanbul to a Russian nuclear submarine, with a spot of skiing thrown in for the full Bond experience. From what we've seen it's more like the delicious GoldenEye than the atrocious Tomorrow Never Dies.

Quake 3 owners can get an idea of what to expect by downloading the free multiplayer maps, created by the Bond team, from the official site.
