Stunt GP To Hit Dreamcast

No, it's got nothing to do with mad doctors: it's a "no holds barred driving experience" from Infogrames

Stunt racing is coming to coming to Dreamcast, Infogrames of America announced today. Stunt GP is the name of the game, and although it doesn't have any doctors in it, it does sound completely bonkers. Developed by Team 17, players will be able to pull off amazing stunts while racing through eight thumbed tracks and a free-for-all Stunt Bowl, as well as competing for recognition of gut churning combos.

The Stunt GP universe includes a warehouse, a Japanese water garden and a multi-storey car park, as well as the arena. As for the fun bits, drivers will be able to go up ramps, do crossovers (that'll be interesting), 360s and loop-the-loops. It's loopy!

There will be 16 different cars to chose from: heavyweight four-wheel drive jobs, turbo-charged speedsters and stuntastic Aero Blasters. All the usual modes will be available, including multiplayer madness.

Stunt GP is hitting the States this autumn, which means it should leap over to these shores in time for Christmas. More when we have it.
