Dear Future Gamer,
I think Sega's new console will go the same way as the Saturn because they've failed to win back people's confidence after the Saturn debacle. I paid £399 in July 1995 for a Saturn and was disappointed at the way Sega let the console die. It's now in the attic and in the meantime I shall continue to enjoy my PlayStation and N64 until Sony release PlayStation 2.
Sorry Sega - I think you make great games but your marketing looks way off the mark again. £12M to sponsor Arsenal FC? Just think of how that money could have been better spent. What do other readers think?
Keep up the good work.

Like it or not, the Premiership is high profile and its audience is perfectly targeted when it comes to videogames. People who have satellite/cable TV or Premiership season tickets clearly have disposable income. What Sega have to do is convince the people who bought into PlayStation that the Dreamcast is a significant technological step forward - and that £199 is the right price to pay. With Dreamcast's online capabilities, it could do rather better than the soothsayers are suggesting. Let's just hope the games are good.
