The rumour is now a reality - a version of the oft-delayed N64 first-person shooter is heading to Game Boy Color

It had been rumoured just before Christmas that a version of Perfect Dark was in development for Game Boy Color. Well, Nintendo's Peter Main has made it official - Perfect Dark is coming to the handheld this summer.

No official details have been revealed about the game (style of game, features, developer), but according to rumours circulated a month ago, it's being developed by Rare and will use the Rumble Cartridge, as well as supporting the Game Boy printer. None of this has been made official.

The game will ship to stores on June 12, 2000.
