NovaLogic stand by for insertion
Following the phenomenal success of last year's Delta Force, NovaLogic have made the unsurprising announcement that they plan to release the sequel in the autumn.
Delta Force 2 will introduce all-new single-player missions as well as new multiplayer environments, realised using NovaLogic's proprietary Voxel Space 3-D graphics engine. As well as a host of new weapons, Delta Force 2 will feature Voice-Over-Net technology, enabling players to communicate instantly during intense combat.
"Our goal is to take the fun, addictive elements from the first game to a whole new level in Delta Force 2," said lead programmer Daniele Gaetano. "With the addition of Voice-Over-Net technology in multiplayer games, players can actually talk to each other in realtime instead of waiting for typed messages. Those few seconds saved can mean the difference between life and death."
We at Future Gamer are rather excited about this one. We 'tested' the original extensively.
