Hype - The Time Quest features those little plastic men
In keeping with the recent digital transformation of Lego, French publishing outfit Ubi Soft are transporting Playmobil figures into a PC adventure game. Hype - The Time Quest demands that you travel back in time to the Middle Ages after an evil wizard type casts a spell on you - you'll be familiar with this sort of thing. Except this time, you look like one of the little plastic men you see in toy shops.
Both the characters and settings from Playmobil's medieval toy series are transported into a virtual kingdom which comprises of 14 worlds, ranging from dungeons and fortresses to a lost city inhabited by phantoms and skeletons. It's all in full 3D and you can interact with a host of characters in your quest for beastly revenge.
Hype - The Time Quest is set for a release in the coming weeks.
