Age of Empires II Trial Version now on Web

Build empires online today!

A downloadable trial version of Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings is now available on the game's official website, Microsoft announced today.

The Age of Kings is the sequel to the award-winning, best-selling, real-time strategy game Age of Empires. The trial version includes a William Wallace Learning Campaign, which teaches players new to the game the fundamentals. Also featured on the site is a Random Map game, where players start off with a small town in the Dark Ages, with only three villagers and a scout. From these less than grand beginnings you can attempt to build the grandest of empires.

For more information, visit the Age of Empires II website.

Alternatively you can visit the Ensemble Studios site.
