No Sega Rally 2 or network titles at launch

Upcoming racer delayed as Sega finalise Internet strategy

Some interesting news has come our way regarding Sega's US launch line-up and their rather mysterious network plans.

According to sources at Sega, Sega Rally 2, a title long since completed overseas that should have required little in the way of translation, will not make the US launch as many had anticipated. Sega went on to comment that we would not be seeing any network titles for the Dreamcast until sometime after launch.

Although the system will include Internet functionality, sources were unable to comment on a likely time for the arrival of network gaming on the DC. However, they stated that an announcement including full network details would take place in the near future. We'll keep you posted
