Quake III Editing Tools Released

Think you can do better than the designers? Now's your chance.

Now there's a reason to stop playing Quake III Arena - the chance to design levels for the game.

If you think you have what it takes to be able to redesign the arena circuit, you can download the following Quake III editing tool to begin the artsy/fartsy stuff:

One recommendation before you shoot off with your head down, though: read the damned manual first. It's a complicated program, and Mr Robot will not be fielding questions about why X doesn't work with Y, or why Q suddenly turns into an unrecognisable big, blocky polygon thing.

Good luck, all you crayons out there.
