First impressions of NBA2K
We're so impressed by Sega Sports' NBA2K on Dreamcast that we can't wait until next week's preview to tell you about it - it really is that good. All of the NBA teams are present and correct and the players look spookily like their real-life counterparts. The crowds gathered around the office TV could be forgiven for thinking that they were watching a real game on TV. Okay, it's not quite that realistic but it's not far off - the players even move their eyes, for chrissakes! It's downright spooky. As for the commentary - oh boy! While playing as Utah Jazz, with passer supreme John Stockton on the ball, we noticed Jeff Ostertag standing across the court waving his arms and shouting "John!" Impressive, eh? And you simply have to see the player introductions at the start of a match...
NBA2K is released on March 3 at £39.99. Read the full preview in next week's Future Gamer.
