Five new levels for budget re-release

Core Design have created five new levels for a budget re-release of Tomb Raider ll on the PC. The additional disc is called Golden Mask and sees Lara Croft blunder off in search of a precious artefact called the Golden Mask of Tornarsuk. The first level demands exploration off an island glacier, while other settings include Cold War Russia, mines and chambers and, intriguingly, a 'Yeti Kingdom'.

Gamers can get a preview of the Golden Mask edition by downloading the first level from the Eidos website from April 22. Further levels are expected to be made available on-line in the coming weeks. Golden Mask will be out at the end of April for £15.
