| Future Gamer: Issue 39 |
£0.00 |
Codemasters are rumoured to be planning a new Sensi Soccer game and the Dreamcast seems to be selling more than expected in Japan, despite the news that Konami have decided not to develop any games for the machine in Europe until next year at the earliest. You can read these news stories, and more, inside.
Speed is Future Gamer's favourite word this week as we bring you a fantastic review of the eyebrow-raising Speed Freaks on the PlayStation and have an early look at Speed Devils on the Dreamcast, which you might recall as Speed Busters on the PC.
There's a lively bunch of letters to read your way through, as well as the weighty Gamer Life regulars to bring a smile to your face, so there's plenty to keep you entertained until next week's issue arrives in your mailbox. Enjoy.

Preview: Battlezone II (PC)
We take an early look at Activision's follow-up to the lovely Battlezone, a 3D C&C-esque game that was a joy to play but failed to perform at retail. Maybe this time round people will realise just what a little belter they're missing... |

Review: Speed Freaks (PlayStation)
This one crept up on us a bit. Although we were aware of the game, we didn't realise quite what a wonder it was. PlayStation Power's Ben East certainly seems to think it's the best thing since Circuit Breakers. You'll find out why here. |

Feature: The Road to Anarchy (Part 2)
Digitiser's Paul Rose concludes his fascinating feature on the current state and the future of piracy and reminds us all that 'piracy proof' has been a much misused term over the years because absolutely nobody has managed to keep the hackers out yet. |
