Sensi Soccer on the go?

Rumours abound that Codies will produce new Sensi

Although it hasn't been officialy confirmed, it seems certain that Codemasters are in the early stages of developing a new Sensible Soccer game. Those with an eye for detail wil recall that Codies bought up Sensible Software earlier this year - although only founder Jon Hare remained on the payroll at the time of purchase.

So, putting two and two together, one can surmise that Hare will be the driving force behind a new version of the influential Sensible Soccer. The recent PlayStation version was an appalling travesty of a sham, but Hare wasn't involved in the game's conversion from PC to PlayStation.

Codemasters aren't exactly famous for football games but they published the successful Brian Lara Cricket and Jona Lomu Rugby titles.

We'll keep you informed. Naturally.
